Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We deliver our designer's choice arrangements to most Reno, Sparks, and Spanish Springs addresses the same day if orders are placed before 12 PM.
How soon can specialty or custom orders be delivered?
Specialty or custom arrangements take a bit more planning since we source specific flowers and design unique arrangements. Typically, these can be delivered within 3-5 days, sometimes sooner depending on availability.

Can I customize my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely. We love creating unique arrangements based on your preferences, favorite colors, or occasion. Call or text to discuss your ideas and we’ll make it happen.
Do you offer designer’s choice arrangements?
Yes! Our designer’s choice arrangements are crafted with seasonal, fresh flowers to create a stunning, unique bouquet each time.

Do you provide flowers for weddings and events?
Absolutely. We offer full-service event florals including bouquets, centerpieces, and installations. We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown for large and small events.
Do you deliver for funerals or memorials?
Yes. We deliver to funeral homes, memorial chapels, cemeteries, and places of worship, coordinating timing so flowers arrive exactly when needed.

Do you offer corporate accounts or business deliveries?
Yes! We provide regular floral services for offices, hotels, restaurants, and corporate events, including scheduled deliveries and customized arrangements.
Do you offer floral packages for realtors or real estate clients?
Yes! We offer specially curated floral packages for realtors during open houses or as gifts for clients during closings. Packages can be customized to fit your brand.
Product Care & Lifespan
How long will my flowers last?
Our arrangements are made with fresh, high-quality blooms. Most last 5–7 days with proper care, some longer depending on flower type.
How should I care for my arrangement at home?
Keep your flowers in clean water, away from direct sunlight or drafts, and trim stems every few days. Avoid placing them near fruit, as the ethylene gas can shorten bloom life.

What if my flowers are damaged or delayed?
We stand by our work. If your arrangement is damaged or delayed, contact us immediately and we will work to correct it promptly.
Do you offer other add-ons like gift cards or chocolate?
Yes! Many of our products already include unique optional gift pairings. If you don't see what you're looking for, we can also add gift cards, chocolates, or other small add-ons with your floral delivery upon request.
