Welcome to Badass Blooms! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Badass Blooms (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. General Conditions

  • Our website and online store are powered by Shopify, which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services or make a purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

2. Products and Availability

  • We specialize in fresh floral arrangements and related products.

  • Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of flowers, substitutions may occasionally be necessary to ensure your order is delivered on time and with equal or greater value and style.

  • We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be exact.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Shopify.

  • By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and delivery fees.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received and processed successfully.

4. Delivery 

  • We deliver within the Reno/Sparks area and surrounding regions, subject to delivery fees and availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete recipient information provided by the customer.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them or leave the order in a safe location if appropriate.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • All sales are final.

  • Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been designed or delivered.

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at our.blooms.are.badass@gmail.com with photos and your order number within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your concern and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Refunds are not offered due to personal preference or dissatisfaction with the design, as floral arrangements are inherently unique and handcrafted.

6. Gift Orders

If you are purchasing a gift for someone else:

  • Please ensure the recipient’s delivery details are accurate.

  • We do not contact recipients prior to delivery unless requested.

  • If the recipient refuses a delivery, the order will not be refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Badass Blooms and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the website without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.
