Refund & Return Policy

At Badass Blooms, every arrangement is made to order using fresh, perishable flowers. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

Damages and Delivery Issues

We want every experience with Badass Blooms to be a great one.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours at our.blooms.are.badass@gmail.com if:

  • Your arrangement arrives damaged, or

  • The incorrect item was delivered.

We may ask for a photo of the item to help us address the issue. If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the arrangement with a new one of equal value, or

  • Offer store credit toward a future purchase.

We do not issue cash refunds unless required by law.

Non-Returnable & Perishable Items

Because our products are made with fresh flowers and plants, returns are not accepted.
We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or special-order arrangements

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about product types, color palettes, or delivery.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once flowers have been ordered or design work has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
